I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in the treatment of eating disorders and body image issues, as well as addictions to alcohol and other drugs. I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. In recent years I have rounded out my experience and education to include the treatment of trauma. Additionally, I have a unique ability to connect with young adults facing difficult developmental life transitions (issues related to divorce, beginning college, challenges with friends or family, etc.).
My work is grounded in the deepest respect for my clients. It is both supportive and collaborative. The experience is yours and I am honored to be a part of it.

Services
I create a safe and confidential environment where we can work together to address symptoms and explore relevant issues both past and present. I also offer educational workshops for organizations or schools that would like to learn more about eating disorders or issues related to alcohol and other drugs.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation session upon request. Beyond that the fee for each 50-minute session is $195.
Though I do not accept insurance I am happy to provide you with a “Superbill” that can be submitted to your insurance, by you, for potential reimbursement. This would need to be negotiated by you and your insurance company based on your individual coverage.
Consulting and advisory engagements can be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
